Solar Sailing Review

Assist propulsion by using a stream self centering rigid craft design which rides a ion electron stream generator like a television's electron vacuum accelerator (ion propulsion rocket) however it would be difficult in my view to place this in any way with regard to absolute space time stress position anywhere in our system reflecting on that dynamic solar winds are present outside of the earths polarity magnetic field.
